1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange is applicable if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Tags and original packaging are intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

🚫 Return/Exchange is not accepted if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Tags or packaging are missing.

  • It’s a final sale/clearance product marked as "non-returnable".

2. Return Window
  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  • After the 7-day period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at support@nktextline.shop with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return or exchange

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved:

    • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (available in select pin codes).

    • If reverse pickup is not available, you’ll be asked to self-ship the item.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer free first-time size exchanges if:

  • The size doesn’t fit

  • The request is made within 7 days

  • The item is in unused, original condition

If the required size is not available, you can opt for a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your UPI or bank details.

🚚 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Defective / Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item

  • A wrong product (wrong color, size, or style)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped (whichever is earlier).

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
  • Reverse pickups are scheduled within 1–3 days of approval.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship the item to our return address.

  • On successful return, we may refund self-shipping cost up to ₹80 (on valid proof).
